Privacy policy

This policy explains how saebom.ai handles information when you use i bloom and these support pages.
1. Information on your device
Your library, profile, activity and conversation history are stored on your device. Basic reading and personalization are available without signing in. Backup, recommendations and AI features send the information described below to our servers.
When you share content, it is sent to the service you choose and that service’s privacy policy applies. You can manage notification, photo and speech permissions in iOS Settings.
2. Sign in with Apple
If you choose Sign in with Apple, we process the unique identifier and authentication information provided by Apple to sign you in and manage your account. We do not request your Apple name or email address.
3. Optional cloud backup
With your consent, we store your library and profile in i bloom’s cloud service on Cloudflare. Backup may include your name, age range, gender, beliefs, mood, setup answers, own affirmations, favorites, collections, reminder settings and reading or practice history. Photos and custom theme files are not included.
Your answers may contain sensitive information, so we explain the backup and ask for consent before uploading. Turning automatic backup off stops future automatic uploads. The existing cloud copy is deleted when you delete your account.
4. Personalized recommendations
To recommend content, i bloom receives your topic and goal choices, selected faith or relationship context, and identifiers of public sentences you recently read or saved.
Recommendation requests do not include your name, private text, personal affirmations, or account or device identifiers. We do not store a recommendation profile on the server. Section 8 explains network and security information processed when you connect.
5. AI conversations and affirmations
To create AI replies and affirmations, we send your input, recent messages, language, grammatical gender settings and blocked words to i bloom and OpenAI. We ask for consent before sending this information. We do not add your i bloom account identifier, Apple sign-in information or photos to the OpenAI request.
i bloom links AI replies, generated affirmations and request-processing records to your account for history and retries. We do not separately save the text you enter to generate affirmations, but generated results may reflect what you shared.
OpenAI may retain information for abuse prevention, security or legal purposes under its data policies. See the OpenAI data-processing link below for details. Avoid entering personal information you do not want processed.
6. Purchases
Apple handles payments; i bloom does not receive your payment card details. RevenueCat processes purchase history, product and entitlement information, and customer identifiers to manage Premium access and purchase analytics.
Before sign-in, an app-specific anonymous identifier is used. After sign-in, purchase information is linked to your i bloom account.
7. Content reports and support
Content reports include the content identifier, reason, submitted details and your account identifier. We use the email address, messages and attachments you send to support to respond and investigate.
8. Service providers and security
Cloudflare provides i bloom’s account, storage and network services. Vercel hosts these web pages. To protect the service, we process account and request identifiers and hashed IP addresses used to limit repeated requests. Hosting providers may also process network and operational information when you connect.
Versions with PostHog send a random installation identifier, app/device information and core action outcomes to US servers for product analytics, retained for up to one year. Your affirmations, personal text, name and account ID are excluded. No session replay or advertising tracking is enabled. Signing out or deleting an account resets the analytics identifier; contact us to request deletion of previously sent events. PostHog privacy policy: https://posthog.com/privacy. Providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy and data-processing policies are linked below. i bloom does not use advertising tracking.
9. Retention and account deletion
Cloud backups, AI replies, generated results and reports are kept until you delete your account. Sign-in and request-limit records are periodically deleted after they expire. Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle requests and meet applicable obligations.
To delete your account, choose Delete account on the account screen. This disconnects Sign in with Apple and deletes i bloom’s cloud account data. Information on your device remains. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your cloud account.
Provider recovery copies, security records and purchase records follow their own retention policies. Some information may also be kept when legally required. Account deletion does not erase all of these records.
Deleting your i bloom account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions separately through your Apple account.
10. Your choices and questions
You can edit your local profile and content, choose whether to back up and manage device permissions. Email saebom.ai.official@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, or if you cannot use in-app account deletion. We may need to verify account ownership.
When our practices change, we update this page and the revision date above.
