AFTER LAST · PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 26, 2026
AFTER LAST is an on-device film-inspired camera app. The developer does not collect personal data through the app.
Information we collect
AFTER LAST has no developer-operated account system, advertising, analytics, tracking, or cloud service. Camera images and app metadata are not sent to a developer-operated server.
Camera and on-device processing
If you grant camera access, AFTER LAST uses the camera for a live recipe preview and to capture a frame. Image processing takes place on your device. Processed frames, thumbnails, Night Roll metadata, and saved Filter Lab settings remain in local app storage.
Depending on your device settings, Apple may include app data in an iOS device backup. The developer cannot access or control that backup.
Saving to Photos
AFTER LAST requests add-only Photos access only when you choose to save a frame or Night Print. It can add the selected image, but it cannot browse or import your existing Photos library. Images remain in Photos until you remove them there.
Sharing
When you choose Share, AFTER LAST gives the Night Print to the iOS share sheet. You choose the receiving app or service, and that destination applies its own privacy policy. AFTER LAST does not embed a third-party sharing SDK.
Purchases
Apple handles the upfront app purchase. The app has no in-app purchases and does not query purchase history.
Location and other permissions
AFTER LAST does not request location, microphone, contacts, health, Bluetooth, photo-library read, or tracking permission. A city name in a bundled Simulator/demo scene is fixed demo content and does not come from your location.
Retention and deletion
Night Roll frames and settings remain in the app's local container while the app is installed. Deleting the app removes that local container under iOS behavior. Copies saved to Photos or sent elsewhere remain under the control of those destinations.
You can revoke Camera or Photos access in iOS Settings. The developer holds no account or server-side copy of your app data, so there is no developer-held record to delete.
Children
AFTER LAST is not designed to collect information from children and does not collect personal data from any user through a developer-operated service.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before the change is released.
