신고와 연결 차단
초대의 ‘신고·차단’ 메뉴에서 신고 사유를 보내고 접수 번호를 확인할 수 있습니다. 운영자가 사유와 대상 사진을 검토합니다. 후속 문의에는 접수 번호를 알려 주세요.
차단하면 해당 초대의 사진 공유와 새 제작이 멈추고 다시 연결할 수 없습니다. 내 기기의 사진과 완성본은 유지됩니다. 상대가 이미 저장한 사본은 회수할 수 없습니다.
공개 피드의 신고·차단
공개 디자인의 ‘신고·차단’ 메뉴에서 신고 사유와 추가 설명을 보내 주세요. 운영자는 신고된 완성 이미지 한 장을 검토하며 원본 사진 18장은 첨부되지 않습니다. ‘작성자 차단’은 해당 기기의 피드에서 그 작성자의 공개 결과를 숨기며, 내 보관함이나 짝꿍 협업에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.
사진 원본이나 초대 역할 토큰은 이메일에 첨부하지 마세요.
Support and reports
For invitation links, uploads, restoring purchases or exports, email saebom.ai.official@gmail.com with your iPhone model, iOS version and the screen or error message. Do not attach original photos or secret invitation tokens.
Use Report or block in your invitation to report content and receive a receipt number. Our operator reviews reports and the relevant partner photos. Blocking ends further sharing and generation for that invitation; existing files on either device cannot be recalled. For privacy access or deletion requests, contact the same support address.
Finished designs stay private unless you choose to feature one in the inspiration feed. Turn off feed visibility in your library to remove it from the public feed. Each public design has Report or block: send a reason and optional description for operator review of the finished image, or select Block creator to hide that creator's designs on this device. Feed blocking does not affect your private library or partner collaboration.
